Mine also received soggy, I feel the subsequent time I attempt I will not mix the pistachio product and kataifi but will put a layer of pistachio and afterwards the crispy kataifi.The remainder I bought from my nearby grocery store. Definitely planning to make this for the vacations but be warned… only make this for men and women you really enjoy
